People suffering hypertension should avoid excess consumption.
Suggested Dosage:
Take 1-2 dropperfuls (1.5-3mL) 5-20 minutes before bed.
For a quicker effect, take straight under the tongue.
Mix with 50mL of water, tea or juice if preferred.
