Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hills Herbal Health, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your product. To initiate a return, please send the full product to the address below at your own cost.
We will issue a full refund for the product price if returned within 14 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes, in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will process a refund upon receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to process. Refunds are at the discretion of Hills Herbal Health.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@hhhealth.com.au.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@hhhealth.com.au and mail your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
